A tree I had lost in the storm now becomes re-used in the garden to provide a feature for solar lights to string a long as well as support for a wind chime.
I anchored this dead tree into a plastic pot into which I poured runny cement
to set firm and so the tree was forever secure.

I also trailed some blue solar lights (bought from Tesco) over this dead tree feature. It provides a superb charm in the dark on night and being solar it is ecofriendly.
I built this fire pit with unwanted breeze blocks.
The hexagonal pattern was very easy to create with just a stacking principle.

If not a fire pit, this can also be used as a huge planter.
Piece of old wood I found on a dog walk come handy in creating this ladder with garden twine. Not strong to climb but strong enough to make an impression.
An old willow screen comes in handy to beautify an old compost bin
Old weed liner come in handy as a wall hanging basket liner - permeable to water yet strong enough to hold compost
